Emily Naylor

Emily provides direct controllership oversight for one of Leelanau Private Capital’s portfolio companies, while also providing accounting and administrative support to other portfolio companies and internal operations.

Prior to joining Leelanau Private Capital, Emily held a variety of roles spanning global accounting operations, financial reporting and consolidation, technical accounting, and FPA at publicly traded companies, primarily in the software and telecommunications industries. She began her career at Deloitte in Detroit.

Emily earned her Master’s in Accounting from Walsh College and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Outside of work, Emily and her husband, Jon, stay busy raising their three young children and two dogs. Emily enjoys running and the family tradition of racing together on Thanksgiving has started. After living in Chicago together for nine years, they remain a house divided when it comes to professional sports teams, but they always come together to cheer on U-M for Football Saturdays. Go Blue!
